Our philosophy towards exercise is about excellent and meticulous technique, consistency and making exercise part of your lifestyle, incorporating all elements in your daily routine. You will get more advancements from consistent training at 80% than you will from going 100% at every session and create an environment where you are consistently too sore or regularly injured to train consistently. That doesn’t mean that we don’t push our clients hard but this needs to be planned and programmed correctly.
